Privacy Policy

Effective September 22, 2026. This policy explains what Ad Venture Holdings LLC ("Savage Ads AI", "we") collects when you use the Service, why, who sees it, and your choices. It's written to be read.

1. Who we are

Ad Venture Holdings LLC, 3422 Old Capitol Trail, Suite 700, Wilmington, DE 19808, is the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy questions: privacy@swingmachine.ai.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email, company, password hash, MCP credentials, plan and billing status. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see the full card number.
• Inputs — product links, text, images, facts and instructions you give the Service, including what you type to your AI client when it calls our tools.
• Outputs — the ads, scripts, shot lists, strategies and pages generated for you, and your reviews of them.
• Ad Platform data — if you connect an ad account: the access token you authorize, the campaigns and ads the Service creates, and the performance data it reads back (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions).
• Usage and device data — which tools were called, when, how long they took, whether they succeeded, IP address, browser and client type, and standard server logs.
• Support — what you send us when you contact us.

Reference Ads the Service analyzes are public advertisements and are not your personal data; they may contain other people's likeness and are processed only for structural analysis.

3. Why we use it (and our legal bases)

• To provide the Service — research, generation, launching campaigns, reading results, support. (Performance of our contract with you.)
• To bill you and prevent fraud and abuse, including free-tier abuse. (Contract; legitimate interests.)
• To run, secure and improve the Service — debugging, capacity, product decisions. (Legitimate interests.)
• To communicate — service messages always; marketing only with your consent or where the law allows, with an unsubscribe in every message. (Consent; legitimate interests.)
• To comply with law and respond to lawful requests. (Legal obligation.)

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.

4. Who we share it with

Only providers that help us run the Service, each bound to use data solely for that purpose:

• AI generation — fal.ai and the video/image models it serves receive the prompts and reference images needed to render your Outputs.
• Ad-library data — providers we query to find and transcribe Reference Ads receive search terms (product and brand names), not your account identity.
• Ad Platforms — when you connect one and launch, it receives your ads, copy, links and budgets as you instruct.
• Your AI client — when you run the Service inside Claude or another MCP client, that provider processes your conversation under its own privacy policy.
• Payments, hosting, storage, email and analytics providers.
• Legal — authorities where required by law, and successors in a merger or sale, who must honor this policy.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where the law requires, we use approved safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers.

6. Retention

Account data: while you have an account and for up to 24 months after, unless the law requires longer. Inputs and Outputs: while your account is active; deleted on request or 90 days after account closure. Ad Platform tokens: until you disconnect or your account closes. Logs: up to 12 months. Billing records: as required by tax law.

7. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to staff who need it, provider agreements, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising, and we do not discriminate for exercising rights. Email privacy@swingmachine.ai; we verify requests and respond within the time the law sets. You can disconnect an Ad Platform at any time from your account or from that platform.

9. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies (session, security) and, if you allow it, privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

11. Changes

We'll post changes here with a new effective date and email paid accounts about material changes.
